Armadillidium vulgare - Magic Potion Isopods

Magic Potions are a great choice for both beginner and experienced keepers. Like other A. vulgare, they are hardy, active, and capable of rolling into a tight ball when disturbed. They thrive in a well-ventilated enclosure with a moisture gradient, deep organic substrate, plenty of hardwood leaf litter, and decaying wood. Supplement their natural diet with vegetables, occasional protein, and a readily available calcium source such as cuttlebone or limestone.
